[求助] 投国际会议出现了点问题，请教大家

老师让我投一个美国会议，不是EI也不是SCI，摘要发过去告诉中了，而且网址上面有参会费，当然是分级别的，比方说老师参会多少，学生参会多少钱。
但是邮件和网页都没有告诉给对方汇款的方式，我就发邮件给编辑问如何汇款。
编辑却问：Will you attend the conference or participate in the Virtual poster option?
因为我只为了投稿，老师是不会让我去美国参会的，所以我回答
I will not attend the conference and participate in the Virtual poster option。
（因为我不清楚Virtual poster option是什么？）
编辑问：Please confirm you wish to withdraw from the conference?
我感觉是不是彻底拒绝我了，我感觉回复说：
I want to submit our manuscript, but I am not sure whether I ‘l be able to attend the conference by myself.I can participate in the Virtual poster option.I don’t know how to pay the registration fees because of there were no visa card number in the email.
编辑回复说：You must pay a registration fee of $200 to participate in the Virtual Poster option.You must provide 1) the credit card number or 2) Bank transfer of the funds.Please advise what you wish to do?
我不明白两点：
1是the Virtual poster option是什么，像我这样投稿了因为无法过去是不是应该participate in the Virtual poster option。
2是自始至终编辑都没给我什么卡号之类的，而且让我给卡号，这是为什么
