社会关系、职业认同、城镇生活适应性与外出务工 ——基于新疆605份维族农民工的实证分析 摘要：社会资本、职业认同、城镇生活适应性都是影响新疆维族农民工外出务工的重要因素。研究通过对城镇务工维族青壮年的调查，获得了605份有效问卷。运用Logistic模型回归分析发现：维族青壮年劳动力主要通过政府组织外出务工，对外出务工职业认同感比较强。但饮食习惯、汉语交流的困难严重阻碍他们长期务工。清真生活困难，导致他们在城镇吃饭成为问题，汉语交流困难，导致务工技能相对缺乏，以简单体力劳动为主。因而降低维族农民工就业风险，增强职业认同感，提高汉语交流水平，从而提高维族农民工的技能素质，解决维族农民工的清真生活问题，是稳步推进维族农民工进城就业的重要内容。 关键词：维族 社会资本 职业认同 城镇生活适应性 外出务工 |

Social relations, career identity, adaptability to urban life and working away from hometown ——based on a demonstrative analysis of 605 Uygur farmer workers Abstract: Social capital, career identity and adaptability to urban life are all important factors influencing Xinjiang Uygur farmer workers who are engaged outside Xinjiang. The study acquired 605 effective questionnaires by surveying on young Uygur adults working in cities. By Logistic model regression analysis, it is found that Uygur young adults mainly get engaged in towns and cities under the organization of the government and they have a universal and strong career identity. However, difficulties in dietary habits and communication in Chinese form sever obstacles in their work. Muslim life is hard, so eating becomes a problem for them. Not capable of communicating in Chinese leads to the lack of working competence, so they mainly work on simple manual labor. Therefore, it becomes a significant part of our work to reduce employment risks, strengthen career identity, and improve Chinese communicating skills so as to enhance working competence of Uygur farmer workers, solve problems in their Muslim life and push forward the employment of Uygur farmer workers in cities in a steady manner. Abstract: Social capital, career identity and adaptability to urban life are important factors that Uygur off-farm workers engaged outside Xinjiang province. This research collect 605 valid questionnaires based on the survey among young Uygur adults who work in city and town. Using Logistic model we find that: young Uygur labors engage jobs out of their hometown through the organization of government and they generally have strong identity to migrant job. However, Moslem dietary customs and language barrier set obstacles to their career. More specifically, eating becomes a problem due to Moslem dietary customs and language barrier induces to lack of working skills, consequently, the majority of them are engaged in physical works. Therefore, important actions such as lower their job risks, strengthen their career identities and improve their mandarin level will all increase their working skills and solve their basic Moslem problems. These are very important part of the task to promote the migrant jobs among Uygur off-farm workers, |
