请帮忙看看我拿到的这封邀请信是否符合CSC的要求？

邀请信内容如下，不知道是否需要再修改，请大家帮忙 Mr. xxx xxxx(工作单位及地址) Dear xxx, I would like to invite you to my laboratory as a visiting scholar from October 2013 to do research in xxx. I understand that you will be able to spend ten to twelve months here for the research with funding fully sponsored by China Scholarship Council. In addition to work in my laboratory of xxx, I will also introduce you to other professors in our department who may have similar interests as yours. I understand that your English language skills are sufficient (PETS5) for research and idea exchange while staying in our university. We will provide you with laboratory and library facility and materials required for your research. As a visiting scholar, you will not be required to pay tuition and fees, but we do require that you have full health insurance coverage. I will be your contact at University of xxx and will supervise your research while you are here. Looking forward to meeting you here at xxx.
