[交流] Do you have such cliches as "you know"?

"you know" has become such a hackneyed and stereotyped expression that even I myself sometimes tend to say it when stammering in expressing myself. So is the perfunctory expression"ok", "yeah" and "thank you". Long exposue to such an environment accustoms one to bad ways, what do you make of it? my friends. When and how can we speak idiomatic and authentic English? and give a impromptu(extempore) speech without any anxiety? and improvise our class without difficulty?

Seems I have to make it clear, I drop lines just to practice my declining Englsih and share with friends. please never cite my remarks out of context, I donot mean to do as you expect, nor do I have the guts to do it, nor do I try to teach your old grandmother to suck eggs!

The term "you know" is not bad for everything! DONOT get me in the wrong way! Extremes meet! I mean our speech be not supposed to be filled with ubiquitous "you know". NONOT quote me out of context. I am trerribly sorry. I am not good at English, but I can pluck up my courage to face music. It is futile to bury our head in the sand. We cannot expect to speak in authentic and idiomatic English withou fastidious and self-mocking spirit.
