[交流] 共振光散射和共振瑞利散射 已有2人参与

在光谱分析中,有共振瑞利散射和共振光散射两种说法,请问两者有什么区别?最近回来的审稿意见中,让我矫正荧光光度计的灵敏度和内部过滤效应。
下面即为意见,大家帮忙分析分析:
The curves presented in Figs 1 and 8 are not the Resonance Light Scattering spectra. The registered increase of the scattered light intensity when we shift to short wavelength region reflects Rayleigh low, according to which the intensity of molecular light scattering is proportional to reciprocal value of wavelength in the power 4. Further decrease in intensity of scattered light reflects the decrease of intensity of xenon lamp in the shortest wavelength region. So observed maxima are characterizing mainly the instrument, and to a lesser extent the investigated sample. The registered curves obligatory must be corrected for spectral sensitivity of fluorimeter, and as well as for inner filtering effect. Usually such spectra are registered in strongly absorbing solutions where very significant screening of excitation light and reabsorption of scattered light distort the shape of the registered curve. Only after such correction we can discuss the data. And only such processing we can see is there any RLS signal in the region where aggregated molecules absorb light.
Unprocessed raw data do not characterize the investigated sample and due to this are not interesting.
The presented paper must be rejected. The decision can be changed if authors will correct the registered spectra for sensitivity of fluorimeter and inner filtering affect as it is described in the paper by Collings et al., J. Phys. Chem. B. 1999, Vol. 103, pp. 8474-8481.
