| these days i learned everyday .when i wake in morning i have to tell myself that i need to study ,to work hard ,till night i can have a rest .i have been so tired .i am afraid i could not stand on ,and i feel terrible in my stomach .i do not what to do now .terrible !!! You could go to the playground , jogging or taking a walk there ,look at the house or the sky around at the same time ,just relaxing. it is very helpful for me ,every time i go jogging ,will take a look at the open sky and the beautiful scenery of the night , make some inmagination of the future life or just thinking nothing , then i feel contented and forget the stress . You could try ,hope it help you . |

Budddy, I share the same problem with you, and I belive this could happen to anyone who is motivated. The motive of learning could come from the ambient pressure or the eagerness inside, anycase, this will eventually make you tired because you are under pressure of mastering something quickly. It's not the knowledge that make you tired, it's the pressure. So the first thing you need to deal with is to release the pressure. To ease the obssesive compulsive lust for completeness, you need to admit you are not a very sharp person, at least for now, you are not intelligent enough to finish it in a short time. And, also , you need a clear goal and percific plan. These pals will calm you down. You have our best wishes, good luck ahead! |
