Health是个什么期刊？

最近收到一个叫Health期刊的约稿信，如下： I am writing to cordially invite you to submit or recommend papers to the Health(Health, ISSN:1949-5005), which is an open access journal and has been indexed by 124 databases so far. As an Open Access Journal, Health has published 640 papers in 41 issues since its initial issue. Currently the downloads of the Health papers have exceed 437,000, which means over 680 downloads/paper. Using a unique evaluation model, Health has its distinguished Editorial Review Board to rapidly prescreen papers. Your papers are guaranteed a fair and fast review.
