JOB SUMMARY The Product Package Artwork Intern will be responsible for implementing product artwork design and coordinating approval cycle for China in-line and new products. They will support Artwork Supervisor and ensure every artwork request is processed within the set timeframes, is conducted to the highest standards of quality, and is in accordance with local and international regulatory requirements and Pfizer Standard Operating Procedures. KEY RESULT AREAS & JOB ACTIVITIES /TASKS Coordinate artwork design for in-line & new products, ensure every artwork request delivered in the set timeframe and with highest standards of quality Coordinate China Artwork Approval Process, following up the artwork cycle approval till finalization, ensure every artwork request operates smoothly along the process within set timeframes Support ePALMs use and new user training Support Launch Max activities (post approval, pre-launch) BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS Educational /Training Bachelor’s degree or above OTHER REQUIREMENTS Competitive English and Mandarin Chinese Skills Excellent sense of responsibility Detail-oriented Excellent sense of teamwork Excellent communication skills Multi-tasks player Six months duration preferred Full time preferred or at least 4 days/week |
