再次急求助：外导来信，大家帮我看下？

焦急的等待终于有了结果，外导来信了，很热情洋溢，欢迎我去什么的，说我的研究方向和他的很靠近，他非常感兴趣等等。但是看到后来我心凉半截，发现他写了如果给我邀请函，我必须提供PH.D发证学校的证明，而且还有护照、资金证明等等。我想外导可能是以为我已被CSC通过了，所以才这么写的。但是今年是申请之前拿邀请函呀！我附上他的部分信件，求各位虫友看看我这次得邀请函的几率大不大呢？ For your information here are some of the procedures that must be met. First you must submit a proposal outlining your plans for research during your stay at xxx University. This invitation would be extended on the understanding that: you have the Ph. D. or are Candidate in good standing at a University, A document, certifying awarding of your Ph. D. from University, verification of financial support, passport and passport photo will be required for processing your application. You should provide documentation that you will be able to secure your own financial support for travel, lodging, health insurance, housing and all other additional living expenses during your stay, as the university is not able to provide financial support for visiting scholars. Since you will not be taking classes for credit at the University, no tuition fee will be applicable. Based on the information you supplied, we presume that your English language skill is sufficient to manage independent living in the United States and for achieving the intended academic training, and areas of research that you intend to pursue during your stay. 这里的This invitation would be extended是理解为邀请函被延期发放的意思吗？ 再有，他要我有PH.D发证学校的证明，我是从北京一所高校毕业的，现在外地工作，现在都放假，我上哪弄去呀。 对了，上次求助的邮箱的问题已经解决，HOTMAIL的邮箱果真可以接到，其他的没有信。还要多谢几位虫友的提醒和帮助，希望大家一如既往的帮助我。 |
