请问这个邀请函是否可用？

Dear Dr xxx Application to become an Academic Affiliated Visitor Thank you for your application for admission to the Faculty of xxxx as an affiliated visitor. I am pleased to be able to inform you that it has been agreed to admit you to Affiliated Visitor status in the Department of xxxx from 1 October 2013 to 30 September 2014. Your academic sponsor in the Department of xxxx will be: Dr xxxx, in the research areas of xxxx. We understand that your English Language Skills are appropriate, and that you will be financially supported by China Scholarship Council. The charge will be £ 720 (inc VAT). Please bring a cheque or cash for the £ 720 made payable to the "University of Cambridge" with you to the Faculty.
