Dear All 赛默飞世尔招聘 XPS application engineer 1名，工作地点：北京 和上海均可 如有意向者请投递简历到 rain.xi@thermofisher.com 以下为招聘JD Job Title: Product Specialist – SA Division: CAD MOL-SA Position Summary: Product Specialist – SA is responsible for promoting SA in assigned territory working together with distributors. Role requires development and implementation of SA selling strategies to secure sales growth and raise marketing share. Job Description: • Promote SA business for the assigned territory to realize annual quota performance • Well learning the knowledge. Especially understand the technical material coming from manufactory and market department. • Be able to operate SA( include hardware and software ) • Provide technical material (application note, competition information) to distributor monthly. • Training distributor sales team through teleconference monthly and face to face training quarterly. • Prepare and keep update sales binder. • Do technical presentation in seminar and workshop. • Direct the key account ( product experts, industry leaders ) management activities for the products and territory to drive account expansion and penetration, develop long term relationships and insure customer satisfaction • Develop and implement tactical approach to secure growth from strategically important developing regions • Join sale call to support sales activity. Lead distributor sales team to win big project. • Work closely with the Marketing department to identify and assess new opportunities for existing products as well as opportunities for new product development • Interface with Field Service to exchange customer information and insure adequate support of the account base • Feedback to manufactory the requirement of the products coming from local territory and market. Key Business Metrics: • Bookings against quota • Assigned product and territory’s marketing share and the ratio of increase. • Quarterly technical material training and spread quality. Requirements: • Education: o Master’s degree in Chemistry Analysis, Chemistry and related knowledge. • Experience/Skills: o 2 years operation experience in SA products o Good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English o Knowledge background of geological exploration, environment, metallurgy, food safety, biological is welcome. o Ready to help others o Ability to persuade and influence o Excellence presentation skill o Pay the utmost attention to over one or two years sales experience. |
