编辑拒稿，没有给出明确理由，可以申诉吗？

昨收到编辑拒稿信，但看了一下，没有任何明确的拒稿理由，不明白是怎么个情况，烦各位大侠帮小弟分析一下，以下是邮件全文： Thank you for your recent submission to Carbon. Our Editorial Team screens all new manuscripts for importance, novelty, fit to the journal, presentation quality, and the expected level of interest among our readership in the international carbon materials community. Based on this screening, only a fraction of submissions are sent out for the full peer review process. I regret to inform you that your manuscript was not selected for review and will not be considered further. Please understand that publication in Carbon is quite competitive, and we are forced to reject many valuable studies that may go on to be published in other scientific journals. We thank you for letting us consider your work, and we hope you will submit the best of your future manuscripts to Carbon. Yours sincerely, 自知文章不至于烂到连外审都没有的地步啊，可不可以同编辑交流一下，文章是不是有什么严重缺陷，这样可以不？这个还可以申诉之类的吗？ |
