1. The higher the content of epoxy resin, the more complete for reactions between epoxy groups and amino groups and between epoxy groups, which consequently performed as higher strength of the die material. When there is high content of SiO2, the surface modification by silane coupling agent is incomplete. As a result, SiO2 could not be well mixed in the reaction system and finally led to reduced strength of the die material.
2. Higher content of curing agent would enable reactions between amino groups and epoxy groups more complete, which was consequently indicated as higher strength of the die material. With high SiO2 content, the surface will not be fully modified by silane coupling agent. Thus SiO2 could not be well integrated in the reaction system and finally cause a decrease in the strength of the die material.
3.The higher the curing content, the more complete will it be for reactions between the amino groups and epoxy groups. Consequently it was represented as an increase in the strength of the die material. The higher dose of surfactant, the more bulbs produced during the stirring process in the die material. As a result, the strength of die material will to some extent be reduced. |
