| To solve the problem that the product loss is higher than the required design value during the production process of acrylonitrile unit, a detailed analysis and survey was carried out on the causes of product loss. Following the reaction mechanism, reasonable measures were taken with respect to the factors including pH values at upper and lower sections of the quench tower, displacement, the pH value of the circulating system and the operating conditions were optimized. The resulted effect was superior with a refined recovery rate up to 94.51% during the calibration of the acrylonitrile unit and a acrylonitrile loss rate of 5.49%, which is 1.34% lower compared to that prior to optimization. |
