[交流] Tea Eggs


Hello, everyone. It is Wednesday, a normal day for me.
If an egg has tea in a caffe, what will it become? Yes, the answer is tea egg.
The star in the topic exactly is tea egg. Tea eggs are delicious snack sold all around China. We can buy them from snack shops and convenience stores. They are steeped in a kind of soup that smells great.
Do you like tea eggs? Actually, I love the mellow flavor of the tea eggs. Tonight, I made tea eggs by myself. Now, I’d like to share with you. The washed eggs were put in a pan. Several kinds of spices including cinnamon, pepper, ginger and bay leaf were added in the water. Don’t forget add salt and tea. If you like, soy sauce is OK. The eggs need to be steeped in the water. Put it on fire until the eggs were hard boiled, then the eggshells were smashed. After a few days, you can eat delicious eggs.
That is all. It is easy, isn’t it?
