求助rejection

本人新人，老板太忙都是自己做的，文章也只署了自己的名。投稿一周收到直接rejection。 如下， Your paper is at too early a stage for consideration for publication in XXX or most other academic journals. You need to reach the point in which you have a clear contribution to theory. When you reach the point that you no longer feel that you have to explain that further research is needed to answer the question you are trying to ask, you have reached a stage where it makes sense to send out the paper. This is an issue of bounding the goals of the paper appropriately and satisfying the goal. 请教，是不是说我研究深度远远不够？还是有别的原因？？在下专业是管理，投的时候貌似期刊也不是特别对口，如果说让我文章解决了重要的研究问题才行的话，我怎么确定问题在哪？ 前辈们有什么好办法请不吝赐教啊！~ 多谢多谢！~ |
