ACS 期刊版权书如何填写？

投了个文章，收到了一邮件，让“The electronic Journal Publishing Agreementis now available for completion”，打开连接呈现如下，请教各位如何填写，是在SIGNATURE FOR FORM A处签名还是在SIGNATURE FOR FORM C处签名，SIGNATURE FOR FORM A处还有个“U.S. Government Contract #, if available: ”要填，其它地方还要填吗？谢谢 INSTRUCTIONS ACS must receive a completed Journal Publishing Agreement form in order to publish your manuscript. Please review the instructions for choosing and submitting the correct form. This manuscript will be considered with the understanding you have submitted it on an exclusive basis. You will be notified of a decision as soon as possible. Fill in ONLY Form A, Form B, or Form C. Do not fill in more than one form. Note that Form B should be used only if ALL Authors are or were U.S. Government employees. Form C should be used only if ALL Authors are or were bona fide officers or employees of the Governments of Australia, Canada, or the United Kingdom. Note that Appendix A is an attachment to each of the Forms A, B, and C. → Form A | Form B | Form C | Appendix A ________________________________________ If this is a Work-Made-for-Hire, or if you, the Corresponding Author, cannot or should not complete the Journal Publishing Agreement for any reason, another Author, an Authorized Agent, or your Employer should complete and sign the appropriate PDF version. As such, it is in the public domain in the United States and not eligible for U.S. copyright. **** Employees of national laboratories, e.g., Brookhaven National Laboratory, are not U.S. Government employees.
