审稿意见回来了，论文该如何修改？

我两个月前投了生平第一篇英文论文，审稿意见回来了（看下面）。对审稿人意见，我该如何修改好。我是不是把下面3个问题改好，再把摘要搞好就可以了？ （1）Try to minimize the hardware description----这点很好改 （2） and add more details of simulation tool or software while remaining part is good.----就是要详细介绍仿真工具、软件吗？ （3）Get your english checked by professional englisgh reader before final submission which is a must.----英文问题如何解决，我的英语不好，没有参加过研究生入学考试，没有在英文环境待过。出钱让一些论文专业修改、翻译机构改，可信么？ Dear Sir, Below is your review report.Please revise and re summit for the final review.Thank you. ******** REVIEW REPORT Paper ID: ******** Author(s): Title: Recommendation to Editors with A-D: B A.
