[求助] applied physics express proof和交钱的问题 已有1人参与

大家有没投过APEX的，传授下经验
[Step A] Please print out the above PDF.

(1) Galley proof
All corrections to the main body, tables and figures should be clearly indicated in the proofs. A separate list of corrections is appreciated. As a general rule, the authors may proofread their paper only once and only misprints can be corrected. Please note that we assume no responsibility whatsoever for any mistakes in the published paper which were not corrected during the author's proofreading stage.

If corrections are so extensive as to require a new review by the editor, publication of your paper may be delayed.

[Note 1] Depending on the printing/viewing environment, an unexpected phenomenon may occur, for example, a solid line may appear as a dashed line. If you encounter this problem, please let us know. However, if we confirm that the line(s) are shown without a problem on the screen (PDF viewer) and that there will be no problems in the Printed version, please be forewarned that we will leave the figure as it is. (It is not possible for us to respond to device-dependent problems.)

[Note 2] If revision or replacement of figures is required, please send the revised figures, as well as their electronic files. If the photographs or color figures are of insufficient quality, please write where and how they should be improved.

(2) Publication Charge Certification
You will find the "Publication Charge Certification" (Certification) on the first page of galley proof. Please read Certification carefully and provide necessary information. We request that you return Certification to us with the corrected proof.

[Step B] Please prepare a well-readable electronic file such as PDF, JPEG, or TIFF file and return your proof and publication charge certification within 48 hours using either of the following two methods

请问大家，以上意思是，先打印PDF，然后在打印出来的文章上面，用手写方式修改，修改的地方用另外一个文件写明。然后扫描打印文本，和说明文件一起提交吗？
关于交钱，是不是先将proof的信息填完，然后扫描上传，对方给我们开发票，我们就可以打钱了？
