Related substances Liquid chromatography (2.2.29). Dissolution mixture To 250 mL of 0.2 M potassium dihydrogen phosphate R add 500 mL of water R and adjust to pH 6.5 with an 8.4 g/L solution of sodium hydroxide R. Dilute to 1000 mL with water R. Test solution (a) Dissolve 50.0 mg of the substance to be examined in the dissolution mixture and dilute to 50.0 mL with the dissolution mixture. Test solution (b) Prepare immediately before use. Dissolve 80.0 mg of the substance to be examined in the dissolution mixture and dilute to 20.0 mL with the dissolution mixture. Reference solution (a) Dissolve 50.0 mg of phenoxymethylpenicillin potassium CRS in the dissolution mixture and dilute to 50.0 mL with the dissolution mixture. Reference solution (b) Dissolve 4.0 mg of 4-hydroxyphenoxymethylpenicillin potassium CRS in the dissolution mixture and dilute to 10.0 mL with the dissolution mixture. Dilute 5.0 mL of this solution to 100.0 mL with the dissolution mixture. Reference solution (c) Dissolve 10 mg of phenoxymethylpenicillin potassium CRS and 10 mg of benzylpenicillin sodium CRS (impurity A) in the dissolution mixture and dilute to 50 mL with the dissolution mixture. Reference solution (d) Dilute 1.0 mL of reference solution (a) to 20 mL with the dissolution mixture. Dilute 1.0 mL of this solution to 50 mL with the dissolution mixture. Reference solution (e) Dilute 1.0 mL of reference solution (a) to 25.0 mL with the dissolution mixture. |

有关物质 液相色谱法 (2.2.29). 溶解混合物至250 mL 0.2 M磷酸二氢钾R ，加入500 mL水R，并利用8.4 g/L氢氧化钠溶液R，调节pH 至6.5。 用水R稀释至1000 mL。 待测溶液 (a)溶解50.0 mg待测物质于溶出混合液中，并用溶出混合液稀释至50.0 mL。 待测溶液 (b) 现配现用。溶解80.0 mg待测物质于溶出混合液中，并用溶出混合液稀释至20.0 mL。 参比溶液(a) 溶解50.0 mg青霉素V钾CRS于溶出混合液中，并用溶出混合液稀释至50.0 mL。 参比溶液(b) 溶解4.0 mg 4 - 羟基青霉素V钾CRS于溶出混合液中，并用溶出混合液稀释至10.0 mL。 利用溶出混合液将5.0 mL该溶液稀释至100.0 mL。 参比溶液(c) 溶解10 mg青霉素V钾CRS和10 mg青霉素钠 CRS (杂质 A) 于溶出混合液中，并用溶出混合液稀释至50.0 mL。 参比溶液(d) 利用溶出混合液将1.0 mL参比溶液(a)稀释至20 mL。利用溶出混合液将1.0 mL该溶液稀释至50.0 mL。 参比溶液(e) 利用溶出混合液将1.0 mL参比溶液(a)稀释至25.0 mL 。 |
