给的是Good，前人做的是单机构，我做的是多机构，算是推广，所以不是New results 。

Accept Accept after minor revision Revise with major Reject
给的是Revise with major。
评论：The proposed work is good. But there is no CONCLUSION in this paper which must be added.Some extent of implementation or simulation of the proposed work is expected
