As proposed, you will collaborate closely with me (or Professor_____) on research related to _____. The invitation is valid for a period of one year beginning September 1, 2013 and will conclude on August 31, 2014. In the event that your arrival must be postponed or is delayed due to the required visa application process, please inform us so we may adjust your visiting dates appropriately. During your stay here, we will be able to provide you with _______. We cannot provide you with any form of salary nor can we pay any of your expenses. I understand that you will be supported by a scholarship from the China Scholarship Council during your stay here. To satisfy immigration and program requirements, you must demonstrate that you have the required minimum of $______ per month of intended stay.
