1.值得注意的是，雄性大鼠慢性DLL4阻滞导致溃疡性皮下肿瘤呈剂量依赖性增加，皮下肿瘤通常边界清楚，且显示灶性浸润性边界。 2.大面积肿瘤的细胞表现为部分区域显示中心区坏死。在更高倍镜显微镜下观察，肿瘤具有血管肿瘤特性，细胞成分与大小不等的不规则形血管互相交叉。 |
