Where x is the shearing speed, y is the yoghurt viscosity. Equations 1, 2, 3,4 were for A, B, C and D, respectively. Whereas declining shearing, the fitting curve equation was approximately written as the exponential function as system equation 5. 审稿人觉得这里用词不妥，比如whereas 求达人帮帮改下这个句子，谢谢 |
