color: in print or on the Web only For color reproduction in print, you will receive information regarding the costs from Elsevier after receipt of your accepted article. Please indicate your preference for color: in print or on the Web only.

请问这个“indicate”，怎么个具体操作法？是在figure caption最后一句“ All the figures be reproduced in color on the Web and in black-and-white in print”，或者其他方法？

还有如下的，应当如何回答，是单独做一个doc文件，逐条回答“yes”吗？
