Some potential chiral thiourea derivatives incorporating phos-phonate moiety were identi fi ed for cancer treatment by studying their anticancer activities on 3 human tumor cells. All the compounds in the series IIa-l and commercial drugs ADM (adriamycin) and PD153035 [6,7-dimethoxy-N-(3-bromophenyl)-4-aminoquiazoline][13]were evaluated for their anti-proliferation activities against three types of human cancer cell lines, breast cancer, prostate cancer and stomach cancer cells as shown in Table 2.  2.jpg |
