[求助] 文章已被接收，但是编辑来信说文章版本不可编辑，我晕啊怎么办呢？

文章已被applied surface science接收。13年1月9号收到编辑来信，说了两个问题，一个是版权协议，一个是文章版本用的是PDF格式，编辑人员编辑不了，让我给他换个版本的。原文如下（信比较长我就粘贴编辑不了的这个问题原文）

我的文章加图都通过邮件的形式发给编辑了。（不到2MB）
发邮件是用的我的邮箱，通讯作者是我们老师，我也问老师用谁的发，他说我的就行。（这样应该没啥问题吧，信里我也写了通讯作者的邮箱了）
我想问的是编辑收到之后，会不会回一封信，说收到了之类的？然后后续的程序是什么的，最好是哪位遇到和我一样经历的亲告诉我，不胜感激啊~
