我建议，可以让英文写作有经验的帮你检查一下，也可以自己修改后通过谷歌学术，依据出现的频率检查一下语言是否地道；
至于是否投Journal of Applied Electrochemistry，你可以考虑一下，依据我的经验，他比J.Power Source, E. Acta, JES等审稿要慢许多，且影响力也小。
