since you couldn't learn anything from your current work, why not try to make a change.... I know it's not easy... but fortunately, we are still young... it's our capital to make the change... and time will tell you wheter the choice is right or wrong... best wishes... |

To decide for whether your current job is suitable for you, consider the following: 1. R u interested in what u r doing at present? 2. Can the current job bring you material gain that can meet your basic needs? 3. Is there an alternative job available for you at present? If your answers to the questions above are"Yes", stick to it. | I suppose you are ambivalent for it, Changing means risk. Though you can not lean anything from your current job, you may have a steady job and good income. You are balancing the gain and loss, you can draw a table, one column is advantages, the other is disadvantages, then you mark them, finally, you sum the scores the higher maybe is a good choice, which will help you make a wise and pragmatic decision. |

Once I had the same question,but now I think you can learn whereever you are when you change you atitude,so I firmly think what you need change is not your work but your atitude and psychology,otherwise you will find you can learn nothing at your next work.I change my work a month ago ,the reason is like you,but now I find I miss taht work ,I regret ,but I can not go back ,what I can do is to work hard at my present work! best wishes to you! |
