[交流] How to improve my oral English?

As the title shows,it is quite important to improve our oral English,what is key to fluently communicate with others in English face to face or by phones. And this ability cannot be improved obviously by just typing or chating on the net in English,so could you kindly share with us your experience please? Thanks and best regards!

Thanks for your tips,maybe the learning motivation for oral English is very important to drive me practice more and  seriously.Besides,it sounds like that you have taken an exam,and i will practice more
