The initial decompostition temperature of epoxy resin cured by common commercial curing agent is as high as 350℃, that of cyclotriphosphazene-containing epoxy resin is around 250℃. However, it is shown in Figure 4-5 that PNHDDS2, the type 7 epoxy resin started decomposing at 60℃, which indicated the presence of small amount of water and incompletely cured raw material or other low-boiling point impurity.
