第十届中国城市住宅研讨会 暨可持续城市发展与保障性住房建设论坛 论文征集 摘要提交截止日期：2013年1月31日 会议官方网站：https://www.chi1993.cuhk.edu.hk/CUHC/ “第十届中国城市住宅研讨会”暨可持续城市发展与保障性住房建设论坛 主题：可持续城市发展与保障性住房建设 2013年7月5-7日 中国•上海 主办： 中华人民共和国住房和城乡建设部科学技术委员会 香港中文大学中国城市住宅研究中心 承办： 上海市城乡建设和交通委员会科学技术委员会 上海市房地产科学研究院 在国家住房和城乡建设部的支持下，国家住房和城乡建设部科学技术委员会和香港中文大学中国城市住宅中心将联合主办“第十届中国城市住宅研讨会”暨可持续城市发展与保障性住房建设论坛。会议目前正在征集论文，诚邀各方感兴趣人士参与，共商可持续城市发展及保障性住房建设议题。 可持续发展是在世界范围内取得广泛共识的现代发展理念。城市在现代社会中占据中心和主导地位，既是各类可持续发展问题的高发地、矛盾交织的难点和焦点，又是全社会可持续发展能力建设的重点和支点。促进城市可持续发展，对于一个地区、一个国家乃至世界的发展意义重大、影响深远。而近年来，随着我国城市房价的不断攀升，住房困难及由此引发的社会问题也日益突出。住房困难是现代城市社会的普遍现象，严重影响着城市的可持续发展进程，因而提供有效的住房保障成为政府的重要职责。因此，深入探讨可持续城市发展与保障性住房建设这一议题，对未来城市发展有着重要意义。 本次会议征集论文的类目主要包括（但不限于）下列议题： 1. 可持续城市管理与规划 2. 可持续城市的理论和创新 3. 应用新技术、手段和方法于可持续城市规划 4. 可持续住宅建设 5. 住宅与住区环境 6. 保障性住房政策与经验 7. 保障性住房与和谐社会 8. 公共住房的发展与未来 本次会议将秉承中国城市住宅研讨会的传统，建构学术平台，吸引海内外规划、设计、技术、营造、管理、开发、经济、企业、社会等领域内的从业者、研究人员和政策制订者。同时，本次会议将继续颁发由国家住建部科技委及香港中大研究事务委员会共同盖章的中国城市住宅研讨会优秀论文奖。为特别鼓励在校学生的参与，本次会议也将继续对学生减半收取会议注册费，并选出数名优秀学生论文颁发中国城市住宅研讨会学生优秀论文奖。 有意与会的论文作者请先向大会秘书处提交500-750字论文摘要一份，并附主要参考文献，中英文均可。所有论文摘要将由相关领域学者匿名评审，并经由第十届中国城市住宅研讨会学术委员会决定论文摘要入围名单。为会议所接纳的摘要作者，将获个别通知要求提供论文全文。所有会议论文全文连同主题发言与特邀论文将收录于会议论文集。欲提交论文摘要，请参阅会议网站之详细说明。 重要日期 提交论文摘要截止日期： 2013年1月31日 论文摘要录用通知日期： 2013年3月1日 提交论文全文截止日期： 2013年4月5日 会议日期： 2013年7月5日至7日 有关论文事宜请联络 香港新界沙田 香港中文大学利黄瑶璧楼507室 香港中文大学 中国城市住宅研究中心 中国城市住宅研讨会秘书处 电邮：innovations@cuhk.edu.hk 电话：+852 2994 0495 传真：+852 2603 6515 有关参会事宜请联络 中国上海市 宛平南路75号 建科大厦九楼 上海市城乡建设和交通委员会科学技术委员会 第十届中国城市住宅研讨会筹备委员会秘书处 邮编：200032 电话：+86 21 6468 6117 传真：+86 21 6468 6117 会议网站：https://www.chi1993.cuhk.edu.hk/CUHC/ The 10th China Urban Housing Conference - Call for Papers Abstract due January 31, 2013 For details see: https://www.chi1993.cuhk.edu.hk/CUHC Sustainable city development and social housing construction The 10th China Urban Housing Conference 5-7 July, 2013 Shanghai, China Organizers: Committee of Science & Technology, Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, PRC Center for Housing Innovations, The Chinese University of Hong Kong Executive organizers: Science and Technology Committee of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Urban and Rural Construction and Transport Shanghai Real Estate Science Research Institute We are pleased to announce that the “The 10th China Urban Housing Conference” will be held from July 5th to 7th, 2013 in Shanghai, China. The event is jointly organized by the Science and Technology Committee of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People’s Republic of China (MOHURD) and the Center for Housing Innovations (CHI) of the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). Sustainable development is a broad consensus in the world within modern development concept. Cities occupy a central and leading position in modern society with high incidence of different sustainable development issues. It is of great significance and far-reaching impact to promote sustainable city development for a region, a country and even the world. In recent years, China's rising urban housing prices, housing difficulties and consequent social problems have become increasingly prominent. The issue of housing difficulties is a common phenomenon of modern urban society, which is seriously affecting the process of sustainable development of the city. It becomes a very important duty of governments to provide effective housing security. Thus, it is critical to further explore the issue of sustainable urban development and social housing construction for the future of urban development. The Conference invites submissions of original research papers on topics in Sustainable Urban Development and Social Housing Construction, including but not limited to the following subjects: 1. Sustainable urban management and planning 2. Theories and innovations of sustainable urban development 3. New technologies, tools and methodologies for sustainable urban planning 4. Sustainable housing construction 5. Housing and habitat environment 6. Social housing policy and experience 7. Social housing and harmonious society 8. Development and future of public housing The Conference will continue to provide an academic discussion platform for local and overseas professionals from various fields such as planning, design, technology, construction, management, finance, corporations and social services. The Best Paper Award will continue to be jointly issued by the Committee of Science & Technology of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Construction (the former Ministry of Construction), PRC and the University Research Committee of the Chinese University of Hong Kong. To encourage student participation, 50% of the Conference registration fee for student participants will be waived. Distinguished student authors will also be selected for the Best Student Paper Award. Interested scholars, professionals and students may submit an abstract of 500-750 words in Chinese or English with key references, to the China Urban Housing Conference Secretariat. Each abstract will be reviewed anonymously by the Review Panel formed by distinguished scholars and the list of accepted abstracts will be confirmed by the Academic Committee of the 10th CUHC. The authors of the accepted abstract will be informed to submit full paper. For details and abstract submission, please visit the conference website.
