电解锰阳极泥回收制备碳酸锰研究 The Research on Manganese Anode Slime Recycled to Produce Manganese (II) carbonate 以电解锰阳极泥为原料,分别考察了在酸性介质中和碱性介质中亚硫酸钠与二氧化锰物质的量之比、液固比、反应时间及在酸性介质中硫酸与二氧化锰物质的量之比等对锰浸出率的影响。结果表明:在酸性介质中,最佳反应条件为:硫酸与电解锰阳极泥中二氧化锰物质的量之比1.6:1,亚硫酸钠与电解锰阳极泥中二氧化锰物质的量之比1.4:1,液固比3:1,反应时间30min,此条件下锰的浸出率为92.6%。以酸性介质中所得的浸出液制备碳酸锰,其锰含量为46.45%,主含量达到HG/T 2836-2011Ⅰ型标准。 Electrolytic manganese Anode Slime was used as material, effects of the molar ratio of sodium sulfite and manganese dioxide, liquid-solid ratio, reaction time in the acidic medium and alkaline medium were investigated. And effects of the molar ratio of Sulfuric acid and manganese dioxide etc. in the acidic medium were investigated. The result showed the leaching rate was 92.6% under the conditions of the molar ratio of Sulfuric acid and manganese dioxide was 1.6:1, the molar ratio of sodium sulfite and manganese dioxide was 1.4:1, liquid-solid ratio was 3:1, reaction time was 30 minutes. Use lixivium in acid medium to prepare manganese carbonate with 46.45% manganese, the main content of the standard HG/T 2836-2011 I. |
