My experience, to learn English by songs and movies.

Step 1, with lyrics (or subtitles ) in Chinese translated
Step 2, with English lyrics or subtitles
Step 3, without lyrics or subtitles, just by memory

And during every step you try to repeat what was sung by singer or spoken by movie characters lilke you are a parrot. and stimulate the voice and tone to fit the atmosphere

If you really want to improve your English, you must develop you interest in it. Then you can learn English by your own way. Enjoy English instead "Learn English". Through this way, you can learn English more easily and more efficently as well as entertainment. Good luck!
