1 Indeed, it is not known whether endothelial cell hypersprouting can lead to reduced tumor perfusion and is thus a primary upstream event , or whether an initial loss of t umor v essel perfusion leads to hypersprouting.

2 Such an increase of vascular leakiness associated with impaired vascular integrity may explain a rapid decrease in tumor perfusion.

1.        事实上,内皮细胞血管新生反应是否会导致肿瘤灌注的降低,或者初期的肿瘤血管灌注是否可以引发血管新生反应这些都是尚不可知的。这种不可知性使之成为当前最前沿的话题。
2. 肿瘤灌注的急剧降低可能是由于受损血管的完整性和血管出血的关系。
