I don't think the South should be centrally heated, firstly, the south is not so cold as the north, we can survive the winter without heating. If we couldn't stand the cold, we could turn to airconditioner for help, one of the reason that the north is be centrally heated is airconditioner can not work under -5℃. And then, it will take time, energy and money to build the system from nothing, these kind of invest could be used to improve other things that affect our people's benefits, saying education and health care, and so on. At last, I think it's good to keep everyone warmer, but not good to break the diversities and differences between the south and the north.
