美资化工企业招聘工艺生产工程师

Primary Responsibilities: -Translate Momentive Silicones Global Technology to NT Plant by going through NPI process. -Raw material of on –site management, monthly stock taking. -Conduct root cause analysis for EHS incident and quality issue. -Online support to keep stable production with good quality. -Process/SOP/formulation development to reduce cycle time, and increase capacity. -Process & QC tracking. -Communicate with global Engineering team to improve technical process. -Cooperate with supplier for raw material selection. -Set production schedule in support of business and ensure the production goal can be realized on time. -Responsible for operation safety and environmental protection. -Process study of NPI under commercialization. Qualifications Required: -3 years experience in similar position of MNC chemical Plant. -Bachelor in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering. -Familiar with chemical plant production related EHS requirements。 -Experience of technical development, on-site production, and good communications skills. Process Mapping & Trouble-shooting. -Good English skills like writing reports and discussing directly with foreign team. -Experience of new product introduction and improvement project is preferred. -Experience 6 sigma or SAP is a plus. -ISO Environment Maintenance Key Position. Desired: -Proactive attitude, ambition and the confidence necessary to achieving targets. -Able to work under high pressure. -Good integrity and team sprit. Strong ability to solve problems and work independently. -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. |
