审稿人原话是这么说的“ While the results may appear of some interest, it should be pointed out that many Authors' hypotheses/conclusions are only inferred by bulk measurements and not supported by any spectroscopic result. This somehow weakens the paper and devalues the overall results. 谢谢，我是做燃料电池膜方面的，我最初理解这句话“ it should be pointed out that many Authors' hypotheses/conclusions are only inferred by bulk measurements and not supported by any spectroscopic result.”的意思是“很多作者都是只用bulk measurements来论证他们的假设，并且不用任何spectroscopic result来支持”，所以没大懂，我有一个广角X射线衍射的图是不是不算spectroscopic result |
