In the year of 2012, there are two things important to me. The one is that I changed a new job. When I worked in the new company at the initial stage, I fell that the new bussiness has a bright future. However I has been worked in the new company for half an hour, I know that the management of the new company is in confusion. The payment that the new company once promised to me in recruiting is not true. So the change makes me passively. The secong thing is I want to buy a house in this year, because I am 30years old and has been married for 3 years, however I rent a house to live all the three years. I prepared to have a baby in 2013, this is also why I want to buy a house in 2012. The reality is the price of house is very high, without lower, has the tendency of going high. So until now, I even rent a house to live. I don't want to tie my family to the house of high price.

Your family is OK. Something new happened, related experiences and judgements were gained concerning your job, and the house and baby are already on the agenda, so you're happy. The life and job, and many other things will be better under the joined efforts of you two. Looking forward to the news of your baby at the end of 2013.

You should confirm that both of you have been matured in it. Maybe you need to reflect on it. Have you been careless to her when you are busy, or some changes occur to her? Whatever the reasons will be, insufficient communication and understanding may be one of the biggest problems. May you find a better one, the cup of tea for you and then you also should cherish her better.

It's not only dependent on you and a pause may mean more things, greater results in the long run, so smile to the past and welcome every new year. It may be imperfect that everything runs perfectly from the start to the end, especially in terms of the life rather than the business.  Good luck.
