11.1日向Magazine of Concrete Research投了一篇稿，两周后编辑部送出外审。12.24日系统来信“all the reviewer reports for your paper have now been received.You will receive a peer review decision in the next two to three weeks.” 1.3日编辑部来信“your paper is considered unsuitable for publication in Magazine of Concrete Research. The Editorial Board is unable to enter into any further correspondence on the papers that are rejected and would strongly discourage a re-submission of this paper to Magazine of Concrete Research.” 登录投稿系统没有评审人意见。难道论文被拒就不给意见了吗？到底是论文写得有问题还是不适合本刊？请教各位高手，多谢！ |
