想了解一株菌对重金属抗性大小，测定菌对重金属的MIC，想咨询下它的质控菌是大肠杆菌K12吗？哪里有这种规定吗？ 文献中有关重金属MIC的说明，The MIC was determined as the lowest concentration of metal ion that completely inhibited growth. Escherichia coli K-12 was used as the control. Strains were considered resistant if MIC values exceeded that of the con-trol organism. |
