投到了chemical communication

两个审稿人一个大修，一个拒掉，以下是编辑的意见

Thank you for your recent submission to ChemComm. Please find the reviewers’ reports on your manuscript copied below. On consideration of the reviewers' comments I feel that the paper is unsuitable for publication in its present form, and that substantial revisions are necessary before the paper could be reconsidered for publication. I therefore feel unable to proceed with publication at this stage.

However, I would like to encourage you to fully address the concerns of the reviewers and resubmit an appropriately revised manuscript and a response to the referees comments to ChemComm. Please note that resubmitting your manuscript does not guarantee eventual acceptance, and that your resubmission will be subject to further peer review before a decision is reached.
