| 图5的结果表明,在安装相同数目的筛板的条件下,随着持液量的降低消泡率呈上升的趋势。与不使用筛板相比,使用5块筛板消泡,对于持液量为5%泡沫的消泡率提高了28.71%,对于持液量为1%的泡沫的消泡率提高了50.70%。从而得出筛板消泡对于持液量低的泡沫效果更明显,与文献中报道的在忽略起泡液体的类型以及浓度的前提下,消泡难易程度与泡沫的持液量 相关[16]的结论一致。 |

| Figure 5 shows that, on the conditions of installation same sieve number, the decrease in the amount of liquid upward leads to an upward trend of the defoaming rate. Compared with sieve absence, using 5 sieve for defoaming, its rate rise 28.71% when liquid holdup amount is 5%, defoaming rate increase 50.70% when liquid holdup amount is 1%. Thus defoaming effect is more obvious for liquid holdup amount in lower level. This result in coincidence with what reference [16] had illustrated that regardless of bubbling liquid’s type and concentration, defoaming level is related to liquid holdup amount. |

| Result of figure 5 shows that under the conditions of installing the same number of sieve plate , defoaming ratio shows an ascendant trend along with the reduction of liquid holdup.Compared to the usage of no plate, five pieces of plate foam can increase the defoamed ratio by 28.71% and by 50.70% for the 5% foam liquid holdup and 1% foam liquid holdup respectively. It can be concluded that effect of sieve plate foam is more apparent for the foam of low liquid holdup. And just as the literature reported ,in the premise to ignore type and concentration of foam liquid, the conclusion that difficulty level of defoaming is relevant to the foam liquid holdup is consistent. |
