The key intermediate O,O-dialkylisothiocyanato(phenyl)meth-ylphosphonate 5 was prepared according to the literature procedure[12] . In order to improve the yield, the existing method for conver-sion of4 into 5 was further modi fi ed by using Bis(trichloromethyl) carbonate (BTC) instead of phosphorus oxychloride as shown in Fig. 2 . The results obtained with BTC were compared with those obtained with phosphorus oxychloride (Table 1 ). As could be observed from the table, the yields phosphonate 5 in the former case from different alkyl substituents ranged from 67.4e78.6%. The other intermediates involved in the preparation of 5 were obtained as depicted inFig.2[12]. 2.jpg |

| 关键中间体O,O-二甲基硫代磷酰酯5根据文献中的步骤制备而成。为提高产率，对现有方法从4到5的转换加以改进，使用二(三氯甲基)碳酸酯(BTC)代替三氯氧磷，如图2所示。对使用BTC的结果与使用三氯氧磷的结果进行了比较（表1）。从表格中可以看出，前一实验里利用不同烷基取代物得到5瞵酸盐的产率范围为67.4e78.6%。制备5所需的另一中间体通过图2所示方式得到[12]。 |
