A solution of O,O-dialkylisothiocyanato(phenyl)methyl-phosphonate 5 (1 mmol) in tetrahydrofuran (10 mL) was stirred, followed by drop wise addition of chiral amine Ia e c (1.1 mmol).The reaction mixture was stirred for 1 h at 23℃, the solvent was removed by evaporation, and the crude product was purifi ed by chromatography on silica using a mixture of petroleum ether and tetrahydrofuran as the eluent to give the title compounds IIae l in 84-98% yields (see the Supporting Information ). 原文3.jpg |
