摘要：通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法对葡萄牙足球的发展状况进行了研究，研究发现：葡超联赛的竞争平衡性差，少数俱乐部形成联赛垄断局面；形成注册会员众多与现场观众寥寥的悖论；葡萄牙足协与联盟的关系紧张、争议不断，管理效率差；电视转播权的单独销售模式造成俱乐部两级分化，俱乐部财务状况不佳；得益于葡萄牙语国家共同体形成的政策优势，葡萄牙足球后备人才的数量充足，成为欧洲足球人才的重要来源地。葡萄牙职业足球联赛处于欧洲职业足球联赛的第二集团，联赛的组织、管理与经营存在很多问题，但在巴西等足球人才库的支持下，葡萄牙的青训体系比较先进，足球后备人才的培养方面值得借鉴。 关键词：葡萄牙；足球；发展；研究 |

abstract: Through literature review, expert interview, mathematical statistics and logical analysis of Portuguese football development progress, this study found that the Portuguese super league's competitive balance is weak. A small number of clubs form the league monopoly situation which lead to many joint but with Low rate of seat; tense relationship between the Portuguese Football Federation and the Union, controversy, poor management efficiency; separate sales of TV rights polarized the clubs and poor financial condition are all the exits problems. With the formation of the Community of Portuguese policy beneficial, the Portuguese football talents are in sufficient quantity and become an important source of European football talent. As second group of the European Professional Football League, Portuguese Professional Football League still has a lot of problems in the organization, management and operation of the league. But Portugal's youth academy system is more advanced in support of the Brazilian football pool which made its cultivation of Football Talents are worth learning.
