[交流] What are they doing with our packages?

Today, I watched a video at CCTV about how the workers of logistics companies deal with the packages. Before this, I also read some reports about how things may be damaged or even stolen during their transportation. But, with the video document, it seems much more horrible. What are they doing? Throwing your parcel as far as they can, Step on your parcel, Steal your things inside the parcel, When your things are damaged, they try to seduce you sign on the parcel first, then this will not be their matter any more, because you have signed, If you find your things are damaged before you sign,  they will try not to compensate for you, or pay much less than you have cost. But this still works. Why? because there is such a law, it requires that, if you have not pay for insurance for your thing, the logistics or posting company can only pay at most three times of what you paid for the post, not how much you cost on buying it, if your thing is damaged or lost. It seems we need more efficient legislation. Such a law not only harms the interest of the consumers, it also harms the development of this industry.
