老师吩咐,代为扩散。三年博士奖学金2013年4月入学,1200欧每月,历史学/法学/俄罗斯研究/医学史/法制史,海德堡大学。要求右详。 The Cluster of Excellence “Asia and Europe in a Global Context” at Heidelberg University invites applications for 2 PhD scholarships (3 years) on Sino-Soviet War Crimes Trials Policy (1944-1949) within the Junior Research Group (JRG) “Transcultural Justice: Legal Flows and the Emergence of International Justice within the East Asian War Crimes Trials, 1946-1954”. The JRG examines the interaction between War Crimes trials policy in Europe and Asia after 1945, and focuses on institutions and legal staff as agents of concepts and norms which later became codified as UN standard. For more information concerning the JRG “Transcultural Justice” see http://www.asia-europe.uni-heide ... ect_description.pdf Applicants must hold a Master’s degree in one of the following disciplines (History , Law, Chinese Studies , Russian History , History of Medicine , History of Law or Cultural Studies), as well as language skills in at least one to the project relevant language (Chinese , Russian). Applicants must be able to communicate effectively in written and spoken English, as the Cluster’s working language is English. The successful applicants will be expected to complete a Ph.D. dissertation on either the Soviet War Crimes trials policy and Soviet perceptions of International Justice, focusing on the trial at Khabarovsk (1949) and on Law scholar Aron Trainin in particular, or on Chinese War Crimes Trials Policy and notions of International Justice from Chinese Perspective, focusing on Chinese governments interactions with the United Nations War Crimes Sub-Commission at Chongking (1944-1947), chaired by Justice Wang Chong Hui (王寵惠). The scholarship will start on 1 April 2013 or as soon as possible thereafter, and is awarded for 3 years. The scholarship includes a stipend of EUR 1.200 per month and access to travel funds. Applications must include a CV, academic transcripts, a short proposal of the planned PhD project (not more than three pages), and one letter of recommendation by a university scholar.
