Abstract: The article analyzed the development and organization on German professional soccer using literature and logical reasoning. It found that the main features of German professional soccer development are membership of club organizations, strictness of registration rule, and live sale organization. After analyzing the main features and discovery on causes and achievements for related rules, it summarized the experience of German professional soccer and provided reference for professional soccer development in China. Abstract : by using the method of documentary, logical analysis on the German occupation football history and organizational management are summarized and analyzed, study finds: club members of the organization, registered admittance system strictly and relay marketing integration is the major character of the development of German occupation football.
