This is a nice manuscript on amphiphilic, perfluorinated multiblock copolymers, with interesting self-assembling properties, arising from the presence of the fluorophilic segments and, possibly, from the multiblock architecture. My main technical comment exactly concerns the issue of separating the two effects (fluorophilic content and multiblock architecture), and proving the role of the multiblock architecture. In particular, if the authors wish, they could prepare a PTMO-PDFHMA-PTMO triblock copolymer by appropriately modifying their synthetic technique, and investigate the self-assembling properties of this material using the same characterization techniques (microscopy, scattering) and contrast the structures obtained in this case with those of the multiblock. This way, they can prove (or disprove) their claim that the multiblock architecture contributes to the aggregation properties or not. 请教一下后面这个实验到底是不是必须要补啊，我觉得要补，但是老板说if the authors wish, they could prepare 这句表明不是必须要补的，而且也不想让我补。 我没什么经验，不懂评审人的话的意思，if the authors wish, they could prepare 这到底是客气的语气呢但是必须要改，还是真的是可以不用改的意思呢，如果我不wish的话。 返回来的意见是大修。我觉得我老板不靠谱，所以过来问一下。 |
